All PartyPoker.com Monster qualifiers and freeroll tournaments can be found
under the 'Monster Tournaments' tab. All tournaments will also be located in
the regular 'Tournaments' section with the relevant tabs ('Events',
'Qualifiers', etc.).
-
How is the prize pool
calculated?
PartyPoker.com has seeded the prize pool with a huge $5 million. This amount
will grow depending on the number of players that participate in the many paths
to these riches. A small portion (variable) from the Monster Bad Beat Jackpot
tables and the Monster qualifiers and satellites will be added to the main
prize pool.
-
Why are you collecting a portion of
the prize pool from all the PartyPoker.com Monster qualifying
tournaments (STT qualifiers, MTSG qualifiers and MTCT
qualifiers)?
Monster qualifying tournaments (STT qualifiers, MTSG qualifiers and MTCT
qualifiers)? We wanted both tournament players and real money players to be
able to qualify for the PartyPoker.com Monster. We also wanted the
PartyPoker.com Monster Grand Final to have the largest prize pool possible, so
we decided to put in $5 million of our own money and add in a portion of the
qualifying tournament's prize pools to further increase the Monster Grand Final
prize pool. Remember, you can win loads of cash on your way to the Grand Final.
PartyPoker.com has added $100,000 to each Monster Weekly freeroll and $1
million to each Monster Monthly freeroll: That's an extra $16.2 million in the
prize pool before the PartyPoker.com Monster has even started.
-
Where can I check the total prize
pool amount?
- You can check the total prize pool amount from the following:
- The Monster prize pool ticker on Monster Bad Beat Jackpot tables
- The Monster prize pool ticker on all the qualifiers (if applicable)
- The PartyPoker.com website
- The Monster prize pool ticker on the bottom left-hand side of the
Lobby
-
How will I know if I have won an
entry to any of the freerolls?
We will let you know right away if you've won - a pop-up window will appear
with complete details of your winning freeroll entry. We will also send a
confirmation email to your registered email address.
-
If I cannot make it to a monthly
offline event, will you compensate me for my entry?
No. Entries into any of the monthly offline events will not be refunded. It is
your responsibility to sure you are available for any of the offline
events.
-
Who will I be competing against in the monthly offline events?
The monthly offline events will give you a chance to showcase your poker abilities in a televised poker event against other online players as well as professionals.
-
What can I win in the monthly offline events?
The prize pool for each monthly offline event will be $125,000.

PartyPoker.com Monster Grand Final and I am sent to complete the tournament at
an offline location?

Cash game qualifiers
-
Can I qualify for the Monster Weekly
Freeroll by playing on any Bad Beat Jackpot table?
Yes. By playing on our Monster Bad Beat Jackpot tables, you have a chance of hitting the Bad Beat Jackpot as usual, and you could also receive two entries to the Monster Weekly Freeroll. Plus, if you play at a table of the same game type and the same stakes, blinds, and seats as another table that hits the jackpot, you will still win an entry to the Monster Weekly Freeroll.
-
Will you take more money from the pot
to increase the Monster prize pool?
PartyPoker.com will not take any more money from the pot. The $0.50 jackpot
contribution will be divided into two parts. The first part will be added to
the Monster Bad Beat Jackpot, and the second will be added to the Monster main
prize pool. The percentage of the $0.50 added to the Monster prize pool will be
published on PartyPoker.com. Note that PartyPoker.com reserves the right to
alter the way in which the $0.50 is divided between the two prize pools.
-
Will I earn the same amount of PCPs
on NL/PL Monster Bad Beat Jackpot tables as on other NL/PL
tables?
Yes. The points payout will remain the same.
-
Is PartyPoker.com charging me more
for playing at the Monster Bad Beat Jackpot tables?
Not at all. In fact, PartyPoker.com is not even charging the usual 10%
administrative fee on any Monster Bad Beat Jackpot. These means that the two
prize pools you're playing for (the Bad Beat Jackpot and Monster prize pools)
are even bigger than before.
-
Are there any Bad Beat Jackpot tables
not associated with the Monster promotion?
No, all of the Bad Beat Jackpot tables are associated with the Monster
promotion as this point of time.

offer?
- 1-Table tournament, Multi-Table Sit & Go, and Multi-Table tournament qualifiers
If a Monster Qualifier Tournament has to be cancelled, the prize pool (minus the standard Monster contribution) will be settled according to our standard tournament settlement policy. Read complete tournament rules.
To determine the issuance of Monster Freerolls, a rank will be awarded to the players remaining in the tournament based on chip count at the time of cancellation. Any Monster freerolls will be awarded based on this rank. If two or more players tie for rank, then those players will each be awarded a freeroll.

If either a weekly or monthly tournament has to be cancelled, the prize pool will be settled according to our standard tournament settlement policy. Read complete tournament rules.
If the number of players remaining in the tournament is greater than the number of freerolls to be issued, the freerolls will be issued according to chip count at the time of cancellation. In the case of a tie, the player that registered first will be issued the freeroll.
- Monster Grand Final Tournament
The Monster Grand Final Tournament will not be cancelled and settled. If for any reason the tournament has to be paused and cannot be restarted, the tournament will be rescheduled and completed at a later date.
